Mari is a luxury boutique high rise in downtown Bellevue boasting a curated collection of 138 condominium residences. Ranging from 450 square foot studio homes to a four bedroom penthouse on the 19th floor, Mari has something for everyone.  Finishes come in two packages, all including custom Italian cabinetry by Alta Cucine, gas cooktops, engineered hardwood floors, and quartz countertops. The amenities are highlighted by the top floor which includes a full kitchen, private dining room, oversized living room, outdoor dog run, and expansive rooftop terrace. Mari is still the only high rise condominium in Bellevue with a top floor amenity. The residences sit on top of two floors of retail headlined by Omo Thai Tea and Goban Premium Korean Barbeque.
